7th Precinct Commanders Captain H. Arocho and Executive Officer Lieutenant G. Caballero, alongside Community Service Officer K. Arroyo, will host a free steering wheel lock giveaway for owners of vehicles manufactured by Hyundai, Kia, and Honda while supplies last at 11 a.m., Friday, August 16, 2024, Liberty Park, corner of Central Avenue and West Market Street.
