* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 605 PM EDT, satellite estimates and rain gauge data indicate heavy rain in the warned area. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
