Activity for August 8, 2024:
- Officers responded to the 700 block of West North Street for a warrant pick-up. A 20-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officers were dispatched to a weapons complaint near South Jackson Street and Randolph Street.
- Sergeant Grove and Officer Frazier assisted City Inspection with an administrative search warrant in the 1100 block of Cooper Street.
- Officer Debczak made contact with a wanted subject at the Jackson Crossing Mall. A 31-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Tripp conducted a traffic stop at South Jackson Street and West Washington Avenue, and the vehicle fled. The driver was taken into custody in the 1200 block of Woodbridge Street. The 31-year-old male driver was lodged at JSO for fleeing and eluding; driving with a suspended license; leaving the scene of an accident; driving while intoxicated; and multiple outstanding felony warrants.
