A watch means weather conditions are favorable for the development of severe thunderstorms capable of producing tornadoes. Please call the Cecil County Dispatch Center using 9-1-1 for life threatening emergencies (fire, medical and motor vehicle accidents). For non-emergencies related to down trees that are blocking the road and/or roads that are not passible from storm debris, please call 410-398-2222 to report any of these related issues. Cecil County Dispatch will then relay this information to our allied partners to respond.
