As you may know, we anticipate Post Tropical Depression Debby will bring a period of heavy rain, isolated strong to severe thunderstorms, strong winds, and high surf and dangerous rip currents to the area through tonight. This could result in strong and damaging winds and flash flooding in high-risk areas. Overnight parking restrictions are waived for all residents living in the areas north of Lincoln Avenue. For those living in flood-prone areas along Highbrook Avenue, please contact the Village of Pelham Police Department at (914) 738-2000 if you'd like to make other parking arrangements.
