CAD CALLS: 977
1. Robbery (1635) 3200 Block of East Hammer Lane, Valley Oak District
The female victim, 73, was inside a local business when the suspect approached her. The suspect grabbed the victim's property, pulled her to the ground, and then fled on foot. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and declined medical attention. SUSPECT: Hispanic adult male.
2. Resisting Arrest (1656) 4700 Block of Pacific Avenue, Lakeview District
Officers responded to a business in the listed area to assist employees with a known shoplifting suspect. The suspect fled from the store prior to the officers' arrival. Officers located the suspect in the area, and she refused to comply with their commands. The suspect was taken to the ground and into custody. All stolen merchandise was returned to the store. ARRESTED: Sydney Sullivan, 32, for shoplifting and resisting arrest.
3. Robbery (2003) 100 Block of East Lincoln Road, Lakeview District
The male victim, 52, was in the listed area when three suspects approached him. The suspects assaulted the victim and stole his property. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and declined medical attention. SUSPECTS: Two Black males and a Hispanic male.
4. Resisting Arrest (0254) Hillview Avenue and Stueben Way, Lakeview District
Officers responded to the listed area regarding a suspicious person looking into vehicles. Officers located the suspect hiding, and he began walking away. The suspect resisted officers and force was used to take him into custody. ARRESTED: Juan Nila, 38, for resisting arrest, attempted burglary, and public intoxication.
5. Shooting into a Vehicle (0245) 5800 Block of Brush Creek Drive, Lakeview District
A witness saw the suspect fire several rounds toward a parked vehicle and then fled in a vehicle. The vehicle was struck but no one was injured. SUSPECT: unknown person wearing black clothing.
