Starting Tuesday, August 13, 2024, City of North Sioux City will be temporarily closing Cottonwood Lane/Derby Lane at the Sioux City Insulation entrance (see attached). This closure will last approximately 2-3 weeks (weather permitting). Business access for Sioux City Insulation will be from the north. Points south of Sioux City Insulation (Premier Bankcard, Malloy Electric and Allied Solutions, etc) will access from the south (Dakota Dunes) via Cottonwood Drive. Property owners north of the construction zone will access from the north. No property owners will be unable to access their properties; however, NO THROUGH TRAFFIC WILL BE ALLOWED for the duration of the closure. Please plan accordingly.
