* IMPACTS...High winds could move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Recent rainfall and saturated ground could also lead to downed trees.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This is a complex weather system and there is still some uncertainty regarding the strength and duration of high winds. However, there is high confidence that wind gusts for the Anchorage Hillside will reach 65 mph with gusts reaching 35 mph for the rest of town. There is less confidence in higher gusts.
