The female victim, 52, and male victims, 73 and 16, reported that they were inside their residence when it was struck by gunfire. No injuries were reported. SUSPECT: No suspect information.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2015) 2400 Block of East Fremont Street, Park District
The male victim , 32, was in an argument with the suspect when he got struck with an object. Officers arrived and took the suspect into custody. The victim did not require medical attention. ARRESTED: Henry Diaz, 23, for assault with a deadly weapon.
3. Pursuit Arrest (2049) 1300 Block of Denver Avenue, Seaport District
Officers attempted a vehicle stop near the listed area. The driver failed to yield, leading the officer on a pursuit. The driver eventually stopped and was taken into custody without further incident. ARRESTED: Albert Lopez, 24, for felony evading and traffic charges.
