UPDATE: East Penn Drive is CLOSED from Magaro Road to the Highmark entrance. If you are going to a doctor's appointment in the area, you will be allowed access. Otherwise, avoid the area and find an alternative route.Crews are diligently working to restore power and trying to reestablish normal traffic patterns.
