Boil Water Advisory Update 
UPDATE: 1:05 p.m., Aug. 12, 2024 from PA American Water:
The boil water advisory remains in place for customers in our Mechanicsburg water system.
Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, washing dishes, brushing teeth and food preparation. Bring water to a rolling boil, let it boil for one minute, and cool before using.
Customers can use their tap water for washing and bathing while the boil water advisory is in place.
When the boil water advisory has been lifted, we will communicate to customers through our emergency notification system and share the update on this page.
