MONDAY, AUGUST 5, 2024:
 
8:28 AM Officer Orozco investigated a license plate theft near Thornton Avenue & Ruschin Drive.
 
9:35 AM Community Services Officer (CSO) Lau investigated multiple vehicle thefts near Musick Avenue & Cedar Boulevard, and Dairy Avenue & Newark Boulevard.
 
1:07 PM CSO Lau recovered a vehicle license plate near Jarvis Avenue & Newark Boulevard.
 
TUESDAY, AUGUST 6, 2024:
 
8:27 AM Officer Lor conducted a welfare check on the 38700 block of Cedar Boulevard. A 39-year-old female was arrested for the possession of narcotics and released with a citation.
 
10:42 AM Officer Lor responded to a vehicle vandalism report near Thornton Avenue & Ruschin Drive. Upon investigation, a 22-year-old female was arrested for an outstanding warrant and transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
 
11:41 AM Officer Quinonez investigated a theft of a vehicle tailgate trailer near Thornton Avenue & Cherry Street.
 
12:19 PM Officer Pacheco investigated a license plate theft near Sycamore & Filbert Streets
 
5:03 PM Officer Losier investigated a vehicle theft near Sycamore Street & Graham Avenue.
 
7:12 PM Officer Norvell recovered a stolen vehicle near Locust Street & Thornton Avenue.
 
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 7, 2024:
 
9:11 AM Officer Medina investigated license plate registration thefts near Thornton Avenue & Locust Street.
 
10:53 AM Officer S. Torres investigated a vehicle theft near Newpark Mall Road.
 
7:43 PM CSO Lau investigated a vehicle theft near Braidburn Avenue & Conestoga Place.
 
10:06 PM Officer Cervantes arrested a 54-year-old female for violation of a restraining order. She was booked into Santa Rita Jail, with additional charges for possession of narcotics and resisting arrest.
 
11:06 PM Officer Dale responded to a disturbance involving multiple parties near Boulevard & Azalea Way. A 32-year-old female, 44-year-old male, 46-year-old male, and 42-year-old female were arrested for possession of narcotics and outstanding warrants and were released on scene with a citation.
 
THURSDAY, AUGUST 8, 2024:
 
8:27 AM Officer Berlanga investigated a window smash vehicle break-in near Willow Street & Central Avenue. Reported loss included paperwork.
 
8:14 PM CSO Mora investigated multiple license plate thefts near Central Avenue & Cherry Street, and Mayhews Landing Road.
 
9:26 PM Officer Lor investigated a window smash residential burglary near Sycamore Street & Thornton Avenue. Reported loss included a personal computer and monitor.
 
FRIDAY, AUGUST 9, 2024:
 
12:55 AM Officers investigated multiple vehicle burglaries within the city.
 
9:35 AM Officer C. Torres investigated a vehicle theft near Cedar Boulevard & Rochelle Avenue.
 
6:58 PM Officer Stevenson responded to Cedar & Stevenson Boulevards for a reported theft. A 38-year-old male was arrested for shoplifting and was released with a citation.
 
10:20 PM Officer Lara responded to a disturbance near Magnolia Street & Thornton Avenue. A 32-year-old male was arrested for aggravated assault and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
 
SATURDAY, AUGUST 10, 2024:
 
1:25 AM Officer Stevenson was on proactive patrol and recovered a stolen vehicle near I-880 and Thornton Avenue.
 
1:29 AM Officer Kapu was on routine patrol and located a person asleep behind the wheel near Mayhews Landing Road. A 32-year-old male was arrested for driving under the influence and was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
 
10:13 AM Officer Kim investigated a vehicle burglary near Farnham & Edgewater Drives. Loss included vehicle components
 
2:32 PM Officer Lomeli investigated the theft of cell phone accessories, personal items, and sheet music from a vehicle.
 
9:29 PM Officer Kapu investigated a vehicle theft near Newpark Mall Road.
 
SUNDAY, AUGUST 11, 2024:
 
2:28 AM Officer Stevenson arrested a 30-year-old male for driving under the influence near Cedar Boulevard & Central Avenue. He was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
 
9:41 AM Officer Lomeli investigated a vehicle theft near Cherry Street & Joaquin Murieta Avenue.
 
10:37 AM Officer Jackman investigated a vehicle theft near Haley Street & Cedar Boulevard.
