* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northeast, northwest, and west central Missouri, including the following areas, in central Missouri, Cooper, Howard, Pettis and Saline. In north central Missouri, Caldwell, Carroll, Chariton, Daviess, Grundy, Harrison, Linn MO, Livingston, Macon, Mercer, Putnam, Randolph and Sullivan. In northeast Missouri, Adair. In northwest Missouri, De Kalb, Gentry and Worth. In west central Missouri, Lafayette and Ray.

* WHEN...From 4 AM CDT Wednesday through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
