The Sussex County Office of Mosquito Control has confirmed West Nile virus in the adult mosquito populations in Byram Township.
The Office of Mosquito Control is dedicated to protecting the health of Sussex County residents by using comprehensive mosquito surveillance information to direct control decisions and aggressively treat for mosquitoes in affected areas.
Efforts will continue until the threat of further disease transmission has passed.
