* WHERE...Portions of eastern and north central Arkansas, including the following counties, in eastern Arkansas, Jackson and Lawrence. In north central Arkansas, Fulton, Independence, Izard and Sharp.
* WHEN...Until 515 PM CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1113 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain has fallen with some additional light rain possible as well. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Batesville... Cherokee Village... Melbourne...
