On August 14, 2024 at approximately 1631 hours, responded to 1160 S 4th for a disturbance. Cameron G. Prusse (44), was identified as having a handgun. During the investigation officers determined the threat level as high and a threat matrix was completed. The Immediate Response (IRU) team and Crisis Negotiations Team (CNT) were activated. After arriving, Negotiators were able to talk Prusse into surrendering without incident. Prusse was placed under arrest for Aggravated Assault.
