Rt 4 Bridge Improvement 
(Bridge over Palisade Avenue and CSX)

The purpose of this recent public hearing was to inform the public about proposed diversions/disposals on Green Acres encumbered parkland properties. The Route 4 project proposes permanent easements (diversions), and fee takes (disposals) on seven parks that received funding for preservation under the Green Acres program. 

In addition to oral comments presented at the hearing, written comments may be submitted to the Township of Teaneck, with copy to NJDEP, by August 29th at the following addresses:
