* WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey, including the following counties, Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Passaic and Union and southeast New York, including the following counties, Bronx, Kings (Brooklyn), New York (Manhattan), Queens, Richmond (Staten Island) and Westchester.
* WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 406 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain moving into the area. Minor flooding is expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
