* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Virginia, including the following county, Washington.

* WHEN...Until 745 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 439 PM EDT, the public reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bristol Va, Abingdon, Hilander Park and Emory-Meadow View. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
