* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of northern New Jersey, including the following counties, Morris and Somerset.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1220 AM EDT, emergency management reported flooding due to slow moving thunderstorms resulting in very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Morristown, Somerville, Bridgewater, Madison, Middlesex, Florham Park, East Hanover, Bound Brook, Manville, Chatham, Morris Plains and Mendham. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 287 in New Jersey between mile markers 11 and 40. Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 30 and 42.
