8/18 - 7:40 p.m. - Joanna M. Clark, 56 of Belleville, arrested on a St. Clair County traffic warrant. Also charged with Operation of Vehicle when Registration Suspended, Operation Uninsured Vehicle & Expired Registration. Incident occurred in the first block of East Washington Street.
