Next Wellness Wednesday To Be Held at Branch Brook Park on August 21st 
Newark Police Chief Emanuel Miranda offers Wellness Wednesdays, featuring a 1.5 mile run for Police and Community members 18 years and older.
Wellness Wednesdays are aimed at building your physical and mental health through a weekly outdoor run.
Join us at 8 a.m., Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at Branch Brook Park, Bloomfield Avenue and Lake Street, Newark.
Please arrive by 7:45 for a pre-run stretch. Dress in activewear and sneakers to participate. Rain date is Thursday, August 22, 2024.
All are welcome. Kindly consult with your doctor if you have any medical concerns before joining the run.
