8/19 - 4:56 p.m. - Police received a complaint of subjects soliciting without a permit in the Alpine Trails Subdivision. Police located the subjects, one of which had previously been warned not to solicit by our department. The following were charged under local ordinace for Soliciting Without a Permit: Michael M. Linardi, 46 of Orlando, Florida; Miguel A. Troche, 22 of Frisco, Texas.
