The male victim, 32, was in the area of the call location when an unknown number of suspects began to hit the victim with bats. The victim was transported to an area hospital to treat his injuries. There is no suspect information.
2. Resisting Arrest (2327) Park Street and Pilgrim Street, Park District
Officers were in the area conducting an investigation when the suspect arrived and interfered. When they tried to detain him, he resisted. The suspect was taken into custody after a brief struggle. ARRESTED: Marco Salvador, 29, for resisting arrest and warrants.
3. Robbery (0100) 1000 Block of West Charter Way, Seaport District
The victim, 38, was sitting in his vehicle when the suspect contacted him. The suspect took the victim's property and assaulted him before fleeing the area. SUSPECT: White or Hispanic female wearing red clothing.
