RECOVERY REMINDERS - 8/21

We hope this message finds you well. We are pleased to share that our community has made remarkable progress in the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl. Thanks to the collective efforts of our residents and the dedicated work of our contractors, we have come a long way in our cleanup and recovery process.

As we wind down the final stages of contractor cleanup, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your patience and cooperation. Your resilience and support have been instrumental in helping us restore our community.

Thank you for being a part of this journey. Together, we are rebuilding stronger than ever.

Here are a few reminders:

DEBRIS REMOVAL
  • Our contractors will continue debris removal through 8/31, please do your best to have all remaining debris, including branches, limbs, fencing & construction material out for pick up by this Sunday, 8/25.
  • Try to keep sidewalks clear if you can. School has started and we want to be sure children have a clear path to walk on.
  • Debris trucks will continue picking up fencing & storm-related construction material, but this is a much slower process due to the wait time at the landfill where it is taken.
  • Keep piles away from manholes, meters, mailboxes, fire hydrants, trees and utility poles.
  • Bagged leaves can be put out anytime, you do not need to wait to put them out on your trash day. Please do not pile them on top of branches or construction debris, keep them separate.
