Investigating Major Injury Motorcycle Traffic Collision 
Last evening (8/20), around 7:00PM, Novato Police Officers responded to a vehicle collision involving a motorcycle on S. Novato Blvd. Upon arrival, officers found a man on the ground in critical condition. Novato Fire Protection District personnel immediately provided medical assistance. The motorcyclist was transported to a hospital for major injuries.
The driver of the vehicle remained on scene and has been cooperative with our investigation. It has been confirmed that DUI is not a factor in this case. This case is still under investigation and additional details will not be released at this time.
