* WHEN...From noon today to 8 PM MDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses. This level of heat will affect anyone without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Major to extreme heat risk is expected across the southeast plains due to temperatures being unseasonably hot and at record breaking levels for late August.

Instructions:
