These conditions and an unstable air mass may lead to plume- dominated growth on existing wildfires. The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Fire Weather Watch for gusty winds and low relative humidities, which is in effect from Friday afternoon through Friday evening.

* Timing...From 2 PM MDT (1 PM PDT) Friday afternoon through 9 PM MDT (8 PM PDT) Friday evening.
* Winds...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* Relative Humidity...As low as 15 percent.
