On Friday, August 16, 2024, at approximately 8 PM, a 4-door sedan that appeared to be black or blue in color (photo attached) struck a loose dog that was in the roadway of Penn Lyle Road in the area of Colonial Ave. During this collision, the sedan was traveling at an elevated speed, and the dog unfortunately did not survive the collision.
