The male victim, 26, stopped at the intersection when three suspects confronted him. The suspects assaulted him and took his vehicle and property. Officers located the vehicle unoccupied. SUSPECTS: Three Black male adults.
2. Weapon Arrest (1133) 9200 Block of Kirkby Lane, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to the listed location and contacted the suspect seated inside a vehicle. Officers located a firearm in plain view and arrested the suspect without incident. ARRESTED: Ko Nhoung, 36, for weapons charges.
3. Weapon Arrest (1150) Lafayette Street and F Street, Park District
Officers responded to the listed area on a report of an armed subject. The suspect ran and discarded a firearm and was taken into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Armando Rodriguez-Eugenio, 20, for an outstanding warrant and weapons charges.
