1. Resisting Arrest (1635) Anderson Street and EL Dorado Street, Seaport District
Officers investigated a theft report and tried to detain the suspect. The suspect attempted to flee and was taken to the ground and into custody. ARRESTED: Christopher Flores, 24, transient, for resisting arrest and grand theft.
2. Weapon Arrest (1835) 2300 Block of North El Dorado Street, Civic District
Officers conducted a checkout of the occupants of a vehicle. During a search of the vehicle, they located a loaded handgun. ARRESTED: Xavier Zuniga, 21, and Aizek Esguerra-Subega, 24, both for weapon
violations.
3. Robbery (1952) 300 Block of Flora Street, Civic District
The victim, 58, was in the area when the suspect approached, brandished a knife, and demanded his property. The victim complied, and the suspect fled the area. SUSPECT: White male, 20, no further description.
4. Weapon Arrest (0300) 2000 Block of West Fremont Street, Civic District
Officers responded to the call location on a report of a dog shot and attempted to detain the suspect, who fled from them. Officers located the suspect and took him into custody. Officers recovered a firearm in his backpack. The injured dog was taken to an emergency veterinarian. ARRESTED: Male juvenile, 17, for weapon charges.
