At 333 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near San Jon to Tucumcari. Movement was northeast at 5 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Tucumcari, San Jon, and Bard. This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 327 and 370. State Road 104 between Mile Markers 103 and 105.
