“Road Construction Alert!
Heads up, neighbors! We’ve got some road work coming up in the area. Here’s what you need to know:
 
Where:
Harbour Pointe Dr: Huron River Dr to Light Tower Dr
Bay Pointe Dr: Huron River Dr to Light Tower Dr
Light Tower Dr: Harbour Pointe to Bay Pointe
 
When:
Starting Tuesday, September 3, 2024 (right after Labor Day)
 
What to Expect:
Paving will happen in two phases.
We’ll pave half the road at a time, including driveways.
One-way access will stay the same direction during both phases.
Access for residents on the southern part of Harbour Pointe Dr will be maintained via Light Tower Dr.

We’re aiming to wrap up in one month.
No street parking during the paving—please plan ahead.

Parking Info: We’ll send out notices this week with details on where you can park during the work.
