1. Resisting Arrest (1037) 700 Block of North Center Street, Civic District
Officers attempted to detain a subject for loitering when he tried to flee from them. Officers took the suspect to the ground, but he continued to resist arrest. An officer deployed his taser to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Joshua Pachinger, 21, for loitering, resisting arrest and probation violation.
