One Injured in Motorcycle V Truck Crash 
Cass County Sheriff Richard J. Behnke reports that on August 27, 2024, at approximately 1455 Hours, his Deputies responded to a Motorcycle V Truck crash, in the area of Pine Lake St, and Hess Rd, Jefferson Twp., Cass County, Michigan.
The initial investigation showed that the vehicle driven by Robert Tiser (53 YO of Cassopolis MI) was traveling eastbound on Pine Lake St. The Motorcycle driven by Patrick Davis (31 YO of Three Rivers MI), was travelling northbound on Hess Rd. Davis failed to stop at the stop sign and crashed into the truck on Pine Lake St. Davis was transported by SMCAS ambulance to Memorial Hospital for injuries sustained in this crash.
Alcohol and/or drugs are not believed to be a factor in the crash. A helmet was not worn at the time of the crash.
Assisting agencies on scene were Ontwa Township Edwardsburg Police Department, SMCAS Ambulance, and Edwardsburg Fire Department
The crash remains under investigation.
