* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following counties, Cook and DuPage.
* WHEN...Until 1215 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Underpasses may be flooded. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 808 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain with rates up to 1 inch per 30 minutes. Some areas have already received up 1.5 inches in the advisory area. Minor street flooding is likely to begin shortly after the onset of rainfall. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
