* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following counties, Cook and DuPage.
* WHEN...Until 1215 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Underpasses may be flooded. Roads and streets may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 808 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain with rates up to 1 inch per 30 minutes. Some areas have already received up 1.5 inches in the advisory area. Minor street flooding is likely to begin shortly after the onset of rainfall. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Chicago, Naperville, Cicero, Arlington Heights, Evanston, Schaumburg, Bolingbrook, Skokie, Des Plaines, Oak Lawn, Berwyn, Mount Prospect, Wheaton, Hoffman Estates, Oak Park, Downers Grove, Glenview, Elmhurst, Lombard and Ohare Airport. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
