Activity for August 27, 2024:
- Sergeant Grove was dispatched to an overdose near West Trail Street and Woodruff Place. A 55-year-old male was transported to the hospital.
- Officer Reynaga responded to the 500 block of South Jackson Street for a fraud report. Two suspects have been identified. The investigation is ongoing.
- Officer Schram was dispatched to the 1500 block of East Michigan Avenue for a personal welfare check. A 62-year-old male was arrested for violating a personal protection order.
- Officers responded to several calls for traffic hazards due to the storm.
