1. Robbery (1639) Center Street and Mendocino Avenue, Civic District
The male victim, 43, was working in the area when the suspect walked up to him, demanded his property, and threatened to kill him. The victim refused and was punched by the suspect. The victim gave the suspect the property, and the suspect fled to an awaiting vehicle. The victim was not injured during the incident.

2. Robbery (1645) Bonnie Lane and Monterey Avenue, Civic District
The male victim, 55, was working in the area when the suspect walked up to him and demanded his property. The suspect and victim became involved in a physical altercation. The suspect forcefully took the victim’s property and fled. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2318) 500 Block of W Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard, Seaport District
The male victim, 32, and the female victim, 32, were in the area when they argued with the suspect, who shot at their car as they drove away. The vehicle was struck, but no one was injured. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
4. Weapon Arrest (2328) Martin Luther King Boulevard and Lincoln Street, Seaport District
Officers were in the area investigating entry #3 when they attempted to stop the suspect. The suspect ran from officers but was taken into custody nearby. Force was required to restrain him. The suspect was found to be in possession of a loaded gun. ARRESTED: Dandre Martin 31, for weapons charges.
