1. Assault on an Officer (1145) Martin Luther King Boulevard and Hunter Street, Seaport District
An officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop, and the driver initially yielded. The suspect fled in the vehicle, leading officers on a short pursuit. During the pursuit, the suspect backed into a patrol vehicle to continue evading. Officers located the vehicle, and the suspect fled on foot. The suspect was taken into custody after a foot pursuit. A 70-year-old female was in the rear passenger seat of the suspect vehicle during the incident; she sustained minor injuries that did not require medical attention. ARRESTED: Gabriel Taylor, 38, for resisting, evading, elder abuse, and kidnapping.
