4th Precinct Commanders Captain N. Laurie, Executive Officer Lieutenant R. Stevenson, and Substation Supervisor Sergeant G. Hernandez, alongside Community Service Officers K. Eley and T. Frye, will join the Newark Police Division’s Men’s Softball Team in hosting Kutz 4 Kidz, a Back-To-School book bag giveaway event.
