A very moisture rich environment is in place and some features are coming together that could lead to a band or two of heavy rain that would likely train over the same area for multiple hours. This could begin as early as overnight tonight but is anticipated more early tomorrow morning and through a good portion of the day. If this does occur the watch would likely need to be extended overnight Friday night for additional storm development.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.
