...Heat indices to approach 100 degrees today... 
The combination of hot temperatures and high humidity will cause
heat indices to climb into the mid to upper 90s this afternoon
into this evening. If you plan to be outside today, take extra
breaks, wear light fitting clothing and drink plenty of water.
Pour cool water on your head to help you cool off if needed.
The heat will have more of an acute impact on the more vulnerable
including newborns, children, the elderly, those who are pregnant
and those with chronic illnesses. The impact from the heat and 
humidity may be lessened by clouds and showers.
