Watch Commander's Night Report - August 29, 2024


CAD CALLS: 934

1. Resisting Arrest (1424) El Dorado Street and Los Felis Avenue, Bear Creek District

The victim, 12, was near the listed area when he was threatened by the suspects who robbed him of his property. Officers located the suspects, and force was required to take the suspects into custody. ARRESTED: Zariyah Seifuddin, 18, and a 17-year-old juvenile for robbery, conspiracy, vandalism, and resisting arrest.

2. Armed Robbery (1700) 10000 Block Waterbury Drive, Bear Creek District

The male victims, 19 and 17, were near the listed area to sell property when the suspect approached and brandished a handgun. The victims handed over the property to the suspect who fled the area. SUSPECT: Black male, 23.

3. Robbery (1732) 3300 block of East Hammer Lane, Valley Oak District

The male victim, 29, and the female victim, 33, were in the area selling property when the suspects approached and brandished a handgun. The suspects took the victim’s property and fled the area. SUSPECTS: Black male and unknown race male.

4. Resisting Arrest (1831) 4100 Block of North El Dorado Street, Lakeview District

Officers responded to the listed location and arrested the suspect for public intoxication. During transport, the suspect spat and kicked a window to a patrol unit, and force was required to prevent the suspect from causing further harm. ARRESTED: Jacob Threlkeld, 45, for public intoxication and resisting arrest.

5. Robbery (2038) 10000 Block of Merritt Drive, Bear Creek District

The male victim, 23, was near the listed area when the suspects assaulted him and robbed him of his property. The victim declined medical attention. SUSPECT: Three unknown race males.

6. Assault on an Officer (2321) 200 Block of East Jackson Street, Seaport District

Officers responded to the area on a report of a disturbance involving a suspect who was acting erratically. Officers contacted the suspect, who pointed a rifle at them and then barricaded himself in a residence. The suspect eventually exited the residence but continued to be uncooperative, and force was required to restrain him. ARRESTED: Jose Perez-Hernandez, 32, for assault with a deadly weapon, brandishing, resisting arrest and an outstanding warrant.
