* Until 330 PM EDT.

* At 311 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 9 miles west of Chapel Hill to Carrboro to near Durham, moving south at 10 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include... Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Morrisville, Parkwood, Jordan Lake, Research Triangle, Fearrington, and Cane Creek Reservoir.
