Full Notification

On August 30, 2024, at 8:56 a.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a call from the Huck’s Food and Fuel Center located at 78 East State Road 168 requesting the assistance in law enforcement with a person who had been banned from the establishment on yesterday’s date.  Deputy U.B. Smith arrived on scene spoke with the caller where he confirmed that 55 year old Kelly Krutsinger of California was banned from the establishment.  At that point Deputy Smith placed Ms. Krutsinger into custody and transported her to the Gibson County Jail where she was charged with Criminal Trespassing. 
 
Deputy Smith was assisted by Indiana State Trooper Jordan Lee.
