1. Resisting Arrest (0650) 00 Block East Market Street, Civic Center
Officers arrested the suspect and brought him to the Police Department for processing. The suspect attempted to assault an officer, and force was required to restrain him. ARRESTED: David Dye, 73, for resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
