* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Brown, Callahan, Coke, Coleman, Concho, Crockett, Irion, Kimble, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, Nolan, Runnels, San Saba, Schleicher, Sterling, Sutton, Taylor and Tom Green.

* WHEN...From Monday morning through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms will become widespread Monday into Tuesday, with multiple rounds of heavy rainfall possible. The heavy rain may result in flooding of roadways, low water crossings, creeks, and rivers. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
