**** Update- Suspect in custody. All clear. Thank you to all those that called in tips as they along with the hard work of Danville Officers/Sheriff Deputies and the use of the Contra Costa County and Eat Bay Regional Parks Helicopters directly led to the suspects capture.
The Danville Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating Clayton Mackay, a 26-year-old male wanted for an interrupted residential burglary on Alexander Court, Danville. The house was occupied during the burglary. Mackay fled prior to police arrival when he was confronted by the resident.
Description of Clayton Mackay:
Age: 26
Last Seen Wearing: Black shirt and shorts, bike helmet, no shoes.
Mackay was last observed running from police in the parking lot of the Livery Shopping Center at 661 San Ramon Valley Blvd, Danville.
Public Safety Advisory:
If you see Clayton Mackay, do not approach him. Please call 911 immediately to report his location.
Stay alert and secure your homes and vehicles. Report any suspicious activities to the police.
