* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Northern Crockett County in west central Texas.
* WHEN...Until 830 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 626 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rainfall of 1 to 3 inches due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... mainly rural areas of Northern Crockett County including Highways 190 and 137 north of Ozona. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
