Flood Advisory until 11:45PM Monday

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Callahan, Coke, Coleman, Concho, Nolan, Runnels and Taylor.

* WHEN...Until 1145 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 845 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Abilene, Sweetwater, Coleman, Ballinger, Clyde, Winters, Baird, Santa Anna, Blackwell, Maverick, Nolan, Merkel, Tye, Bronte, Miles, Tuscola, Buffalo Gap, Trent, Lawn and Novice. - This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 243 and 320. This includes the following Low Water Crossings... Curry Lane from Clack Street to Catclaw Drive, Intersections along Buttonwillow Parkway, I-20 Frontage Roads near Putnam, Butternut Underpass, Intersections along Sammons Street, Texas Avenue at Arnold Boulevard, I-20 Frontage Roads west of Clyde, I-20 Frontage Roads near Baird, Antilley Rd. crossing Button Willow Creek and FM-RD 136 crossing Hords Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
